I have been a practicing Dietitian for 15 years. My Masters is in Public Health with a Nutrition focus.
Using a holistic, mind and body approach, I help others regain a positive relationship with food while achieving their health goals. I use mindful and intuitive eating techniques to help overcome chronic health conditions and body image or weight management issues.
My professional philosophy evolved from a growing love for yoga. I am
also a RYT-200 hour yoga instructor
registered with Yoga Alliance and
believe that yoga can help regain
positive body image, better digestive
health and support a positive
relationship with food.
