Hello! My name is Makenna, I am a Registered Dietitian who specializes in pediatrics with experience in areas including tube feedings, picky eating, and autism. Throughout my years as a dietitian, I have obtained experience in areas including weight management, diabetes, and kidney disease. I am currently working on my Master’s thesis discussing the role of diet and exercise in kidney disease.
While working with me, you can expect a very realistic approach to nutrition and wellness as I can appreciate that we all live busy lives while also trying to enjoy all of the things life has to offer!
In my personal life, I have two fur babies (Rip and Rex) who happily fill up most of my free time. I also enjoy cooking, baking, hiking, pilates, and Lake Tahoe to name a few.
