Greetings Friend! I'm Mallori, a dedicated professional in the field of nutrition and wellness.  As a Registered Dietitian, my journey has been marked by a commitment to holistic health and a deep understanding of functional and integrative medicine.

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics and a Masters of Nutrition from Central Michigan University, where I developed a strong foundation in evidence-based nutrition practices. Driven by a desire to explore innovative approaches to health and well-being, I pursued additional training in functional and integrative medicine, a lifelong passion.

Drawing on a wealth of knowledge and 19 years experience, I approach nutrition from a holistic perspective, recognizing the interconnectedness of diet, lifestyle, and overall health. I believe in tailoring nutritional plans to the individual, not the other way around. My motto is "no two people are a like, so why should their nutrition be?"

I have a genuine love for working with people, and strive to empower clients to make informed and sustainable choices that align with their health goals. Whether guiding individuals in managing chronic conditions or fostering general wellness, I'm dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based support. I believe in building strong relationships with my clients and creating a supportive and collaborative environment for their health journey.
