I am a dietitian who focuses on a whole-person approach. When you work with me you can expect me to take time to get to know you. One-size-fits all solutions do not work for anything, especially nutrition. That is why I chose to work in a setting where I can take the time be a creative and empathetic resource for my clients. My goal for every session is to have you leave feeling supported and empowered in creating sustainable nutrition habits!
I have experience with, and enjoy, working in a variety of areas. I would love to be your RD cheerleader whether you need help reaching your weight goals, navigating food allergies or celiac disease, managing diabetes, improving your relationship with food, or tackling your overall wellness. After working as an RD for a few years, I decided to obtain my master’s in psychology. This unique background in psychology largely influences the holistic approach I take to nutrition counseling and enables me to help you make real, lasting changes.
I became an RD after working as a personal trainer and falling in love with the impact of nutrition. When I’m not helping clients, you will still find me enjoying yoga or strength training. This background will also help me help you if you are seeking help with fitness! I am a huge lover of animals, especially dogs! My ideal Friday night is playing board games or watching a movie with my husband and dog. Finally, I love doing anything creative. You will see my creative, out-of-the box thinking as we work together to reach your health goals!
