Background

Hello! My name is Mariana, MS, RDN, LDN, a bilingual (Spanish/English) Registered Dietitian passionate about helping individuals build sustainable, joyful relationships with food and their bodies. I provide trauma-informed, weight-inclusive care rooted in compassion and the principles of Health at Every Size.

I work with adolescents (17+) and adults navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, oncology-related nutrition needs, and vegetarian or plant-based lifestyles. Whether you’re working on healing your relationship with food, improving your heart health, or finding nourishing plant-based meals that work for your lifestyle, I’m here to support you.

You can expect a collaborative, client-centered approach that meets you where you are. My goal is to create a safe, judgment-free space where you feel empowered to explore your goals, honor your body, and make changes that align with your values and needs.

Outside of sessions, you can find me trying new restaurants, watching TV series, reading romance novels, playing volleyball, or doing pilates. I believe food should be flexible, fun, and nourishing—not stressful. I look forward to supporting you on your journey!
