I am full time working mother. I love cooking and exploring international cuisine, functional foods and creating meals that my family and clients will enjoy. Being a mother of a child on the autism spectrum and another child with celiac disease. I have first hand knowledge of how challenging it can be to plan meals that are healthful, enjoyable, affordable and be accepted by a family with different feeding challenges and taste palettes.
I am well versed in different methods of cooking and am confident I can help clients with limited cooking skills learn the basics through remote instruction in order to prepare delicious meals at home in many different settings.
I understand the challenges of preparing meals on the go and eating healthy away from home for those that travel or have professions that require they to be away from home.
I care about my clients and take the time to learn their individual needs, life experiences and barriers in order to help them achieve their individualized goals that will lead them down the path of healthy living.
