Mary Turner, RD

Hello and Welcome! I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 25 years of experience. Early in my career I worked in clinical and teaching settings. When my twin sons were born prematurely and later diagnosed with autism, my focus was on helping them develop and thrive. With the help of a wonderful doctor we were able to uncover the root cause of many of their problems and used the power of nutrition therapy to help them become the happy young adults they are today. I now enjoy working with others to  uncover the root causes of their symptoms and then working together to create a personalized nutrition plan to facilitate healing or simply improve health. I would love to work with you or your child and support you in achieving your health goals.

Outside of my nutrition work, I enjoy teaching yoga(I'm certified), spending time in the beautiful outdoors with family, friends and our beloved lab pups. I love exploring food and farmers markets, gardening and  and of course eating!
