I’m a Registered Dietitian with a passion for helping others find freedom in their relationship with food and their bodies. My journey into this field was deeply personal—I once struggled with disordered eating, living with guilt and shame around food. That experience drives me to help others discover that there’s a better, more sustainable way to live. I’m not here to just hand you a plan and send you on your way. Instead, we’ll work together as a team to uncover what really works for you, focusing on manageable, lasting changes that stick.
My practice centers on weight management through an intuitive eating lens, supporting those who struggle with disordered eating patterns. I believe in addressing the root causes of why past efforts haven’t worked, not just focusing on what’s on your plate. Stress management is also a key pillar of my counseling technique, as I’m a firm believer that managing stress is essential to overall health. With certifications in sleep, stress management, and recovery, I bring a comprehensive approach to my work.
Originally from Nashville, TN, I now call Albuquerque, NM home. When I’m not working with clients, you can find me embracing the great outdoors—whether it’s mountain biking, hiking, or running. I’m also an avid reader, always on the hunt for a good book.
