Megan Connolly is a registered dietitian with a passion for helping people heal their relationships with food. After getting her bachelor’s degree in psychology at UCLA, Megan completed her master’s degree in nutritional sciences at San Diego State University, and her dietetic internship at UC San Diego Health. Since becoming a dietitian, Megan has developed an expertise in nutrition therapy for eating disorders and disordered eating. She has worked with adult and adolescent clients in all levels of eating disorder treatment. Her goal is for clients to leave each session feeling heard, supported, and equipped with knowledge and resources to confidently navigate their food worlds. When she’s not in nutrition sessions, Megan enjoys reading fiction novels, going to concerts, and taking beach walks with her husband.
