I am a Registered Dietitian and New York State Certified Dietitian-Nutritionist, practicing since 2009 with extensive experience in medical nutrition therapy across hospitals, clinics, as well as virtual settings. In 2014, I began offering tele-nutrition services helping clients achieve weight management and fitness goals through personalized coaching. I have worked with a diverse range of populations and conditions, including behavioral health, addiction recovery, prenatal and postpartum care, breastfeeding, diabetes, weight management, muscle gain, perimenopause, menopause, PCOS, food allergies and sensitivities, and general nutrition.
I have a passion and joy for delicious food, so I started my journey at Johnson & Wales University, where I studied Culinary Arts before discovering my path as a Dietitian. Under the guidance of a Chef Dietitian, I learned that food can be both delicious and nourishing, sparking my interest in using food as preventive healthcare. I earned my degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from LIU Post in 2008 and completed my dietetic internship in 2009. In 2020, I earned my MBA from the University of Saint Mary to expand my expertise in healthcare management.
As a wife and a mother of two young children, I intimately understand the challenges of balancing self-care while caring for others. With 15 years of experience, I am committed to working with each client to develop a personalized plan that aligns with their unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll find the right approach for lasting success!
