What is it like to work with me?
First, we have an initial virtual consultation where we get to know each other. We’ll create personalized goals to improve your metabolic health without giving up your favorites foods, because life is too short for that!
After the initial assessment, we’ll meet weekly for virtual follow-ups to celebrate your progress and tackle any challenges that may have come up. Set backs and challenges are to be expected, these weekly check-ins are a judgment-free zone where we can adjust strategies if needed and focus on what works best for you.
I have been working in the field since 2014. Over the years, I’ve worked with a variety of populations, from prenatal and pediatric nutrition to clinical rotations where I supported patients in the later stages of chronic diseases.
I have became especially passionate about prevention. I’ve seen firsthand how small, sustainable changes can completely shift the course of someone’s health, especially when it comes to Prediabetes. This is such a key moment where nutrition can make all the difference in preventing chronic diseases.
Y cuando I’m not working as a dietitian, you’ll likely find me planning my next road trip. I love to travel and I’m always thinking about where to go next! I also love rewatching favorite movies and shows in my downtime. My new goal for the year is to start strength training, start roller skating again and attempting to garden. Wish me Luck!
