Meredith Fleming, RD

Hi! My name is Meredith Fleming, and I am a Registered Dietitian. I obtained my Bachelor's degree in Health and Exercise Science and my Master's degree in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Oklahoma. I have 6 years of experience in nutrition in D1 college sports, the NFL, performance, and a few months in the clinical side of nutrition in two different hospitals.
