Hey there! I’m a registered dietitian that loves to help anyone that is ready to reach a higher expression of health and fitness through the realm of nutrition. I am a dietitian that is whole food focused and thinks holistically, but knows how important balanced, flexible eating is as well.. your’s truly is a foodie and loves having food freedom while maintain fitness and wellness. So, if you are someone that is looking for reaching sustainable body composition changes, losing weight, gaining healthy weight, or wants to improve fitness/performance without restricting your favorite foods, you are in the right place. During my undergraduate I worked along side the sports dietitian at WVU to help fuel athletes appropriately and provide education sessions while working towards my own fitness goals. I received my Masters of Science in Nutrition from Keiser University. Over the past few years as a dietitian, I have help over 1000 individuals normalize cholesterol, blood sugar, supporting thyroid and metabolic function, and liver function through food and supplement protocol. When I was a kid I took supplement to support my thyroid function. I understand the struggle that comes with stubborn fat loss and “tired” being part of your personality. I am here to help you gain better confidence in your body, improvement fitness, create sustainable lifestyle changes, and to help you support your body as the valuable temple it is!
