Hello! I’m Michelle, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a holistic approach to wellness. I earned my BS in Applied Health Science from Indiana University and completed a 10-month dietetic internship with OHSU in Portland, OR, along with specialized training in pediatric obesity. Over the past 15 years, I’ve provided nutrition education and counseling across all ages, primarily focusing on mental health and geriatric care.
My work is guided by the belief that true health is grounded in self-love, awareness, knowledge, and empowerment. When we meet, my goal is for you to leave with a renewed sense of confidence, a deeper understanding of your own wellness, and a practical plan for growth.
Outside of work, I’m a mom to two wonderful kids, Josie and Everett, and a wife to Nathan, a dedicated micro-greens farmer. Our family includes a dog named Gally, a cat named Suzie Fridge, and a rat named Buddy. I love spending time in nature, whether hiking in the woods or going on family adventures. And as a fun fact—I can juggle and once performed in a circus!
I became a dietitian after witnessing the health struggles of those close to me and reflecting on my own experiences with body image in high school. Studying nutrition in college transformed how I cared for myself, and I felt inspired to share that knowledge with others. Today, I’m excited to be working toward opening my own practice, where I can devote focused, personalized care to each client, helping you make meaningful, lasting changes on your wellness journey.
