In our sessions, you can expect to set In our sessions, you can expect to set small, sustainable goals that challenge you while building your confidence.
I concentrate on understanding the "why" and "what gets in the way" of reaching your goals. I take time to get to know you as a person! This involves addressing barriers, providing education, and teaching practical skills. I am committed to tackling obstacles directly and creating personalized interventions to help you succeed. While I emphasize evidence-based science, I also incorporate holistic, "off the beaten path" interventions because one size does not fit all!
I hold a Bachelor's Degree from Framingham State University and a Master's Degree in Dietetics Administration from Utah State University.
Outside of wearing the Dietitian hat, I am a RYT-200 hour yoga teacher and often integrate meditative and breathing practices into my work with clients. I enjoy all outdoor activities, and a fantastic cup of coffee.
My decision to become a dietitian was shaped by my own experiences with an eating disorder and growing up in a family with chronic diseases. These experiences cultivate empathy, compassion, and understanding for others on their health journeys. My philosophy is rooted in Intuitive Eating and Health at Any Size, but I believe in letting my clients set their own goals. I am here to guide, educate, coach, and cheer you on every step of the way!
