As a Registered and Licensed Dietitian with a master’s degree in Dietetics and Exercise Science, I am passionate about helping my clients achieve their health goals through a comprehensive and personalized approach. In our sessions, you can expect to take away practical, evidence-based strategies that are tailored to your unique lifestyle, whether you’re pregnant/postpartum, managing diabetes, working through disordered eating habits, or simply aiming to embrace a healthier relationship with food and your body. I specialize in creating nutrition and exercise plans that are as unique as the clients I work with. My focus areas include women's health, diabetes management, disordered eating, and integrating mindful movement into daily routines. As a Registered Yoga Teacher and a certified group fitness instructor, I incorporate yoga and other forms of movement into my practice to help clients reconnect with their bodies in a compassionate and joyful way.
My ideal clients are those who are ready to take on an active role in their health journey and are open to exploring how nutrition, exercise, and mindfulness can work together to create lasting change. If you’re looking for a holistic approach that not only addresses your immediate health concerns but also empowers you to sustain wellness for life, we may be a great fit.
On a personal note, I decided to become a Dietitian because of my own messy journey with health and wellness. Years of listening to the noise of diet culture led me to discover the profound impact of tuning in and listening to my own body. Building my private practice has allowed me to share this passion with others and create a space where clients can feel supported and empowered.
A fun fact about me: When I’m not working with clients, you can find me on my yoga mat or bike, or trying out any local coffee shop!
