As a dietitian, my goal is to help clients make lasting, meaningful changes to their health and well-being. You can expect personalized, science-based recommendations that are realistic and sustainable. I take a compassionate yet empowering approach, guiding you through each step of your health journey to build confidence and create lifelong habits.
I hold a Master of Public Health from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and am a Registered & Licensed Dietitian. My experience spans both pediatric and adult populations across various clinical settings. I focus on supporting individuals committed to improving their health, helping them develop a healthy relationship with food while navigating lifestyle changes.
In my spare time, I enjoy reading, practicing yoga, and surfing, which keep me balanced and energized. I also love spending time traveling and exploring new foods. I became a dietitian to make a positive impact on people’s lives through nutrition, believing in the healing and sustaining power of food. My private practice allows me to connect with clients meaningfully and help them achieve their health goals with personalized care and support.
"As a dietitian, what sets me apart is my commitment to understanding you as a client on a personal level. I strive to work with clients who are ready to make lasting, meaningful changes to their well-being. I take a an educationally informed approach, blending evidence-based recommendations with realistic, sustainable habits. Lifestyle changes can be challenging, but Iām here to guide you every step of the way."
