As a Registered Dietitian (RD) with a Bachelor's degree in Dietetics and a Master's degree in Food and Nutrition, I have spent over six years practicing Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) to help individuals achieve their health goals through practical and sustainable dietary changes. My passion for nutrition began from personal experience—struggling with chronic health issues in my younger years. I eventually became able to manage and improve my conditions without relying on medication, using the power of food as medicine. This journey shaped my approach to nutrition, which is deeply rooted in both evidence-based practice and a compassionate, individualized approach to care.
I believe that nutrition is not a one-size-fits-all endeavor. Everyone's body, lifestyle, and preferences are unique, and my goal is to understand each of my patients as individuals, tailoring recommendations to fit their specific needs and long-term health goals. When I'm not working with clients, I enjoy cooking and experimenting with new healthy recipes, always looking for creative ways to nourish my mind and body. I also enjoy spending time outdoors, whether it's hiking through nature or simply connecting with the natural world around me. Live music concerts are another of my favorite ways to unwind and recharge. These activities keep me grounded and inspire me to approach my work with energy, curiosity, and an open mind.
