Hi there!
Are you looking for a more naturopathic approach to your chronic and persistent health issues? If yes, then look no further!
My name is Natt ☺. I am a passionate functional and integrative dietitian. Having worked in the clinical setting for several years, I recognized the loop holes in Western medicine. Although advances in Western medicine provide tremendous benefits, but modern practices seem to focus heavily on merely covering signs and symptoms without addressing the root causes. I believe that most chronic conditions are preventable and reversible through rebalancing the body and the mind. However, this requires patience and time. We don’t expect a paper cut to heal in a day, so why would we expect prolonged imbalances in the body to heal within days or even weeks? My goal as a provider is to help you recognize how your habits, environment, lifestyle, and medical history interplay to manifest signs and symptoms of concern, and to help you navigate through the changes that will rebalance and optimize your health. Once you are able to intuitively navigate your health without my help, I have succeeded.
I understand that health concerns greatly affect life quality. Therefore, my role as a provider is a big responsibility, and I cannot ask for a blind trust.
So, let’s get to know each other a little bit more!
My professional background:

Last reminder: we are all humans. And “habits that took years to build do not take a day to change”. Even as a provider, I also struggle to find the balance sometimes! And that is why I am excited to be sharing and going through this journey with you! I hope to hear from you soon!
