Over the past 7+ years, I have been working in the field of food and nutrition to understand the causality of healthy nutritive choices to one’s health. I provide evidence-based nutrition education and counseling in various settings, ranging from community, clinical and out-patient services on various nutrition-related diagnoses, such as pre-diabetes, diabetes, gastrointestinal conditions, Chron's, IBS, geriatric, liver disease, kidney disease, weight loss, pregnancy, heart disease, high cholesterol, high blood pressure , cancer, etc.
I carry a Master’s degree in food and nutrition, Bs. degree in Dietetics from Oregon State University and completed my Dietetic internship at California State University in San Bernardino.
