As a Registered Dietitian, I am passionate about working closely with clients who are ready to make lifelong health changes. I believe in stepping into new habits and setting smart goals, and I partner with my clients to create sustainable, plant-based nutrition strategies that promote overall well-being. My goal is to guide those committed to improving their health through personalized, compassionate, and purposeful care.
My journey into nutrition started during my first pregnancy when I was introduced to my first Dietitian. That experience opened my eyes to how deeply our food choices affect our health and well-being. Fast forward to today, I am now a Vegan Registered Dietitian, committed to helping others optimize their health and live their best lives with compassion.
Outside of my work, I find joy in running, weightlifting, and discovering new vegan restaurants. These activities, along with anything else that brings me happiness, are integral to my life and help me stay connected to the values I encourage in my clients.
What drives me every day is the belief that life is not about perfection but about continuous improvement. Each day is a new opportunity to be better than we were yesterday. By keeping an open heart and mind, we create space for positive change and a fuller, healthier life.
