She has authored several publications during her academic career and more recently presented for the National Celiac Association and the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation.
With extensive training and experience in gastrointestinal health, Nicole provides virtual one-on-one counseling, personalized nutrition plans, and ongoing support to individuals suffering from digestive issues such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), functional dyspepsia, gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), celiac disease, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), small intestinal bacterial overgrowth, and other gut-related conditions. She also offers stool and breath testing, dietary supplement recommendations, and countless educational materials to support patients in their journey to improve digestion.
Whether you’re newly diagnosed or have been struggling for years, her goal is to help you reduce symptoms, support your gut health, and feel confident in your food choices. Together, you'll build a plan that fits your life, helps you enjoy food again, and puts you back in control of your health.
"Nicole's mission is to help patients restore and maintain gut health through personalized, evidence-based nutrition strategies that blend conventional and functional medicine principles. She aims to address the root cause (not just the symptoms) of digestive disorders and create tailored nutrition plans that improve symptoms, optimize gut health and overall well-being."
