Techniques I may utilize to help you achieve your goals include accountability, meal planning, motivational interviewing, sleep, stress management, exercise, relationship with food, functional and holistic nutrition, and more. What works for one person may not work for the next. My approach is entirely individualized to what fits you and your lifestyle without overcomplicating your life.
I chose to become a Registered Dietitian because of my own journey with my weight and watching many of my family members manage diabetes and heart disease. I have also been diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and have significant experience with managing my disease and working with others on nutrition and Crohn’s.
Outside of nutrition I enjoy writing and reading fiction novels, spending time with family and our pets, and watching movies & TV shows. I am both a science nerd and a rom-com enthusiast.
