Noelle Kovalevsky, RD

Hi and welcome! I’m so glad you’re here! As a Registered Dietitian, my focus is on helping individuals cultivate a healthier relationship with food and their bodies. I practice from a Health at Every Size and weight-inclusive perspective that is evidence-based and trauma-informed. I work with individuals struggling with disordered eating, eating disorders, chronic dieting, and those seeking to improve their relationship with food and body image, helping them find balance and peace on their healing journeys.

Together, we’ll challenge negative thoughts and disordered behaviors around food and movement to help you cultivate peaceful eating and movement habits while working towards long-lasting recovery. I am more than happy to collaborate with your treatment providers and integrate body image work, sleep hygiene, mindful movement, and stress reduction strategies into our practice.

I’m passionate about empowering clients to harness the transformative power of nutrition in their healing process. I am excited to embark on this journey with you, helping you explore what a healthy relationship with your body and food can look like.

Now, a little bit about me: I earned my Master of Science in Nutrition from Hunter College and my Bachelor’s in Nutrition from California Polytechnic State University. I have experience working in eating disorder treatment settings, outpatient eating disorder support, and community nutrition settings. I am an LGBTQIA+ provider and a proud native New Yorker.
