Paije Nobles, RD
Background
Paije Nobles, MS, RD is a compassionate and inclusive Registered Dietitian who believes in a flexible, individualized approach to nutrition grounded in the “all foods fit” philosophy. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Arizona State University and her Master of Science in Nutrition from Auburn University.
Paije began her career with WIC, supporting families and children through foundational nutrition education. She also worked at the Mayo Clinic, where she provided medical nutrition therapy to a diverse population and collaborated with multidisciplinary teams. During her dietetic internship, a rotation at Rosewood Centers for Eating Disorders sparked her passion for mental health and a more holistic style of care.
Now in private practice, Paije works with a wide range of clients and athletes, meeting them where they are and helping them fuel their lives in a way that is sustainable, inclusive, and empowering.
When she’s not working, you’ll likely find Paije paddle boarding with her dog, rewatching her favorite movies and TV shows, or enjoying a laid back night in proving that balance and joy are key ingredients to a wellnnourished life.
