Payton Morgan, RDN, was born in Flint, Michigan, to a Jamaican-American family. She graduated from Florida State College at Jacksonville with her Associate of Arts degree as a high school dual-enrollment student before continuing to the University of North Florida, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition in Dietetics with a minor in Food Systems and Sustainability. Her most recent accomplishment is becoming a 2024 Culinary Arts graduate after serving as a guest chef for the PGA Tour for four consecutive years and half a year as a full-time Chef de Partie at the new PGA Studios.

Payton has served as a wellness advisor since 2020. Prior to becoming an RDN, she worked at the Mayo Clinic as a Registered Dietetic Technician. She specializes in recipe development, grocery guidance, and medical nutrition therapy.
