Rachel Richardson, RD, LDN is a registered dietitian, educator, and culinary nutritionist with a passion for root-cause healing. A former scholar-athlete, she graduated cum laude from the University of North Florida with a degree in Nutrition and completed her dietetic internship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in 2001. Over her 20+ year career, she’s worked with diverse populations—from hospitals like Jackson Memorial and Nicholas Children’s Hospital to teaching culinary nutrition in schools and universities, including Common Threads and Florida International University.
Rachel is the founder of Healthy World, an insurance-based, integrative health consulting company focused on reversing chronic disease through root-cause nutrition, functional medicine, and collaboration between dietitians, doctors, and holistic professionals. She is a Level 1 Functional Medicine Provider certified by the Kalish Institute, holds a weight management certification from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, and also has credentials in yoga, emergency medicine (EMT), and real estate development, reflecting her unique vision for building wellness from the ground up.
