I like to focus on the foundations first; proper hydration, making nutrient dense food, reducing stress in the environment with meal times, and the nutrition/sleep relationship. With clients, I see improvements in the areas of gut dysbiosis, changing body composition, diabetes and heart health markers, and PCOS symptoms.
I received my Bachelors of Science and Nutrition from Northwest Missouri State University and completed my Dietetic Internship through Iowa State University. I have been practicing as a Registered Dietitian for right at 4 years, and have loved the journey! My biggest joy in this career is that I love being a resource for people so that they can feel better than they have in years or have ever felt! Developing relationships with my clients and seeing their progress over time is second to none.
