As a PhD, RD, and Licensed Dietitian, my clinical experience and research focus on health behaviors that prevent chronic diseases and promote a longer health span. Currently, my academic work aims to enhance college students' quality of life by integrating health-promoting behaviors—addressing not only nutrition but also mindset, social and physical environments, and activity levels. Over the past six years, I've supported individuals with concerns related to women’s and maternal health, weight management, metabolic syndrome, hypertension, digestive health, and mental health.
My clinical approach is comprehensive and individualized, drawing on evidence-based strategies for diet, exercise, sleep, and mental wellness. My areas of expertise include cardiometabolic health, women's health (from prenatal and maternal to postnatal, PCOS, and menopause), digestive health, and anti-inflammatory approaches. I’m dedicated to applying my clinical and research background to help you reach your health goals with personalized, integrative, and research-driven care.
My deep commitment to women’s health, maternal care, and healthy aging is inspired by my recent journey into motherhood and my experiences in my 30s. As I make thoughtful choices to support my family's health and happiness, I’m motivated to share my expertise with other women facing similar challenges. I am passionate about continuous learning, and my work in research and education keeps my knowledge and skills fresh, constantly renewing my dedication to dietetics. I am committed to providing dynamic, up-to-date guidance as a dietitian and health advocate, and I never allow myself to grow complacent in my practice.
