With expertise in addressing general health and well-being, binge eating, poor body image, childhood nutrition, thyroid disease, and prenatal/postnatal health. Rachel brings both knowledge and empathy to her sessions. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Alabama and interned at the Gulf Coast dietetic internship program.
