Rachel is a dedicated registered dietitian, wife, and proud mom to an adorable daughter. Her passion lies in helping families and individuals foster a healthy and positive relationship with food and their bodies.

Rachel's approach is centered around cultivating a balanced relationship with food, listening to your body's cues, and embracing a positive body image. In her practice, she focuses on your specific needs and aspirations, whether that involves exploring an overall healthy balanced diet, intuitive eating, enhancing body positivity, or simply reconnecting with hunger and fullness cues.

She is committed to providing personalized, evidence-based care that promotes intuitive eating, body positivity, and overall nourishment at every stage of life. With expertise in addressing general health and well being, binge eating, poor body image, childhood nutrition, thyroid disease, and prenatal/postnatal health. Rachel brings both knowledge and empathy to her sessions. She holds a Bacheors of science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Alabama and interned at the Gulf Coast dietetic internship program.
