Raelyn is a registered dietitian with a passion to help individuals develop a positive relationship with food, movement, and their body. She received her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences from the University of Central Florida and her Master’s degree in Nutritional Sciences as part of a coordinated program at North Carolina Central University. When she is not being an RD she enjoys trying new restaurants and coffee shops, walking, reading, strength training, cooking, baking, and spending time with her husband, dogs (Troy and Tater), and her faith-family.
Raelyn specializes in healing your relationship with food, mindfulness, intuitive eating, gentle nutrition, and mind-body connection. Raelyn emphasizes the importance of developing a lifestyle that is balanced, sustainable, and non-stressful. She believes that improving your health is much more than just your food choices and will work with your individual lifestyle, goals, preferences and environment to create habits that allow you to thrive. When you work with Raelyn, you may work through topics such as recognizing and honoring your body's hunger and fullness cues, unlearning food rules, making peace with food, developing a shame free relationship with movement, exploring emotional eating and cravings, addressing body image, and implementing nutrition by addition rather than restriction.
