I am a registered and licensed dietitian nutritionist with a master’s degree in global health and eight years of experience supporting clients in their wellness journeys. My expertise spans disordered eating and eating disorders, sports nutrition, plant-based fueling, weight loss, pregnancy and postpartum nutrition, pre-diabetes and general nutrition. I have worked in clinical settings ranging from outpatient to a trauma I hospital, including athletes in private practices both domestically and abroad. As a published researcher in an international journal and a registered yoga teacher for nearly a decade, I take a holistic approach that integrates evidence-based nutrition, movement, and mindfulness.
I have a strong interest in intuitive eating, gut health, and gentle movement, which informs how I provide support for you in establishing and sustaining your health and wellness goals. Clients that I work with are those with disordered eating, or those recovering from eating disorders, as well as athletes who want to transition into a more sustainable, and possibly gentle, exercise routine as they age. I also work with pregnant and postpartum people who have some disordered eating and/or are athletes moving through the 4th trimester and beyond. Lastly, I provide lactation support, including nourishing the growing dyad, as a certified breastfeeding specialist (CBS).
My experience incorporating intuitive eating with integrative nutrition has been highly effective in helping clients see significant improvement in their mind-body relationship, physical symptoms, and overall well-being. Clients can expect a supportive and empathetic environment where active listening, collaboration, and accountability drive meaningful progress. My approach is non-diet and individualized, emphasizing gentle nutrition, self respect, and movement, while releasing judgement and the scarcity mindset. This multifaceted approach allows each client with whom I work to heal and build their relationship with food, make empowered decisions, and live in longterm wellness.
Beyond nutrition, I enjoy movement like yoga, hiking, and dance, as well as traveling and being in nature with my dog. My family and I split time between Korea and the U.S., so Korean food is my favorite cuisine!
Thank you for your time. I look forward to working with you.
