As a mom to five busy children who recently underwent a very stressful life transition, I understand how hard it can be to incorporate your own health and well-being. Pressing life events can easily try to steal the show. However, as a registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN), I can help you figure out realistic ways to prioritize your own health and well-being, and that of your family. With six years of clinical nutrition experience in hospitals in Central and Southern California, I can address your medical nutrition needs and/or support you in changing your habitual behaviors to achieve your personal health goals.
I have a passion for healthy families. I believe that healthy families lead to healthier and happier communities, schools, and work places. By working on your own health, you can make a positive impact on those around you. I have personal experience with eating disorders and disordered eating and know that recovery and good health can be yours.
I'll listen to you and gather your story, including your background, relationship with food, challenges, successes, and desires. I want to have a good understanding of where you're coming from before diving in with you to develop sound goals that can become habits toward better health. I strongly believe that with the right support, you will be able to make manageable changes that don't overwhelm you or your life and I want to encourage and inform you on your path to success!
