Rebecca’s interest in nutrition started in childhood, inspired by a family member's health struggles and a passion for cooking. This personal experience fueled her desire to understand how nutrition can impact overall well-being. With training in Medical Nutrition Therapy, she supports clients with a variety of conditions such as diabetes, gastrointestinal issues, and heart health, while also focusing on disease prevention and overall wellness.
Rebecca has a particular passion for areas like intuitive eating and nutrition education, believing that fostering a positive relationship with food can enhance performance and quality of life. She loves working with clients to find sustainable, enjoyable ways to nourish their bodies.
Rebecca believes that all people deserve accessible and compassionate nutritional care, and practices with a holistic, client-centered approach. She is dedicated to helping every client find their unique path to food freedom and improved health.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from BYU and completed her dietetic training at LAC + USC, the largest training hospital in Los Angeles. She also completed a Lactation Educator Counselor training program at UC San Diego.
In her free time, Rebecca enjoys gardening, cooking for her family and friends, playing with her three kids, and being outdoors.
