I've earned two degrees in nutrition, a BSc in clinical nutrition and an MS in dietetics and nutrition therapy, and actively attend conferences and webinars to stay cutting edge in my nutrition knowledge. My specialties are in nutrition therapy, eating disorders, and sports nutrition. From teaching fitness classes to working at various eating disorder recovery programs, I’ve spent a number of years helping individuals both support their health and reach fitness goals. I offer both virtual and in-person services with options for individual and family-based nutrition therapy. When you come to me, we'll do a nutrition assessment which includes a review of your diet, exercise, and lifestyle habits. Together, we'll develop a nutrition plan that will help you build healthy habits that last, improve your relationship with food, and help you enjoy a healthy and balanced life!
