Background
I am a bilingual Russian/English-speaking registered dietitian. I began my career as a dietitian working with adults in nursing and rehab centers. As I progressed in this setting, I began to see younger and sicker individuals being admitted. I was driven to open my practice to support clients on their journey to better health.
You will receive a thorough health and nutrition review to determine exactly what you need to do when we first meet. Throughout our sessions you can expect to be motivated, challenged, have labs reviewed, and your progress monitored. I will ensure you are on track to live healthy.
My areas of expertise are heart disease, diabetes, HIV/AIDS, cancer, chronic kidney disease, liver disease, thyroid health, and weight management.
