Background
I was born in New York but my parents and family immigrated from Ukraine. I am a bilingual Russian/English-speaking registered dietitian. I am familiar with Ukrainian and Jewish culture. I began my career as a dietitian working mostly with adults/older adults in nursing and rehab centers. There I realized how important a dietitian is in managing health conditions and guiding people to feel better. I realized that when someone is ready to make changes, I can work with them to meet their goals. Ultimately, my role is to help you improve your health and well-being.
