I have a Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from Shiraz University of Medical Sciences and a Masters of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from McGill University. I completed my Dietetic Internship in Montclair State University, and have been a registered dietitian since 2013. I have been working as a registered dietitian in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and private practice for more than 10 years.
I have certificate of training in obesity intervention for Adults by Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and am experienced in chronic disease management (including diabetes, cardiovascular, renal and pulmonary disease), healthy aging, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS), and hypothyroidism. I am passionate about healthy eating and nutrition, and am able to provide dietary advice in a friendly, relaxed environment.
