I am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist based in central Pennsylvania, with a master’s degree in Multidisciplinary Health Communication Studies. I'm also proud to have co-authored an article titled "Online Nutrition Education Videos Teaching How to Use Herbs and Spices to Improve Diet Quality" published in the Journal of Nutrition Education and Behavior.
Throughout my career, I’ve lived and worked in three other states—Colorado, Missouri, and Tennessee—where I expanded my expertise in nutrition, counseling, and communication within hospitals and diverse communities. My clinical experience has equipped me to manage a wide range of medical conditions, while my work in community settings has deepened my understanding of behavior change, empowering individuals to make better food choices and improve their cooking skills, all with a focus on enhancing overall health.
I thrive on building genuine connections with others. I take pride in listening attentively and creating a welcoming space where you can comfortably share your needs. This approach enables me to tailor nutrition plans that align with your personal goals, while embracing my philosophy that “all foods fit.” My goal is to help you develop realistic, sustainable habits that promote lasting health improvements.
Outside of work, I enjoy outdoor activities like hiking with my Australian Shepherd, camping, fishing, and snowboarding during the winter months. In the kitchen, I love experimenting with new recipes, exploring unfamiliar ingredients and spices, and baking different kinds of bread.
