I have a Masters in nutrition and am an RD. Have taken courses in eating disorders and endocrine health and have over two decades experience in tube feeding management, wound healing, menu planning, dialysis patients. I always try to help tgose in need from famy to friends to neighbors and always trying to learn something new when challenged. I am a mom and a new grandmother, so I have personal experience in all life stages. I believe in client driven realistic and achievable goals that won't discourage a client as well as overall full body health (bring that blood work to analyze!) digging deeper to solve that complex issue is my passion.
