I am a Registered Dietitian and a New York State Licensed Nutritionist. I have been counseling for over 20 years, it is my passion, and I thrive on my clients' victories. Along with my work, the biggest driving force in my life are my three kids. I can relate to busy parents trying to balance work, life and lastly, but often the most difficult, their health and that of their families. I take a holistic approach, getting to know everything about my client.
