I teach my clients how to eat for their goals by covering topics like: balanced nutrition, grocery shopping, meal planning, eating at restaurants/during the holidays, fueling for workouts/athletic performance, supplements, relationship to food and body, hunger and fullness cues, hydration, sleep, creating healthy routines, etc. Working with me is NOT a short term fix followed by a dreaded relapse, I see my clients weekly for a minimum of 4 months to provide my clients with the nutrition education, accountability, and emotional support needed to see long lasting change. Sessions with me will always feel comfortable, non-judgmental, and fun... because food is fun! I love what I do and I love educating my clients on how to eat delicious, nutrient-dense meals which can give you the fit, healthy body you want without slipping back into the "diet mentality" or disordered eating habits.

I am uniquely qualified to support you through your nutrition journey because I have been in your shoes. After overcoming my own personal struggles with fueling for athletic performance(including fat loss and muscle gain), orthorexia, and binge eating, I became a Registered Dietitian so I can help others. I have worked with athletes at all ages and levels including: NFL, NBA, MLB, MiLB, collegiate, and high school. Teams I have worked with include University of Louisville Football, the Miami Marlins, as well as human performance centers like IMG Academy and EXOS. I now work full time in private practice helping clients one-on-one with their own unique struggles.
