My decision to become a dietitian comes from a deep fascination with how food can transform the body—and how those physical changes can also uplift the mind. Seeing how nutrition can help people feel energized enough to carry out their life’s purpose and contribute to making the world a better place inspires me every day. Founding my private practice has allowed me to bring this vision to life: creating a space where clients feel supported, understood, and empowered to take control of their health. Every time a client achieves a breakthrough, I’m reminded of why I love what I do—and why I’m so passionate about helping others create vibrant, fulfilling lives.
A LITTLE ABOUT ME 👋
On the weekends, I enjoy going to church, finding a good Netflix documentary, making hot chocolate from scratch, or meal prepping Jamaican recipes (while convincing myself this will finally be the week I don’t forget about the leftovers in the fridge!). In my downtime, I love exploring teas with medicinal benefits, creating easy and delicious recipes, and sharing them with clients to make healthy living both sustainable and enjoyable. After all, when you love what you eat, every step toward your goals feels that much more rewarding.
