Background
I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a MS is Nutrition and Human Performance. I have over 2 years experience working as a pediatric dietitian in critical care, but also have a passion for intuitive eating and establishing healthy habits to last a lifetime.
In addition to being an RD, I also have experience as a yoga teacher and I am a Certified Personal Trainer. When I am not working, you can find me outdoors walking with my dog or inside with a good book!
