From a young age, I’ve been unwavering in my aspiration to become a dietitian—a calling inspired by my little brother’s journey with Prader-Willi Syndrome. My passion for nutrition grew over the years, driven by the realization that food is not only sustenance but medicine—a powerful tool for healing and treating various health conditions. Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to helping people make lasting, nourishing changes to their health, focusing on the bigger picture and making nutrition accessible, manageable, and enjoyable.
I’ve lived in Colorado my entire life and love everything our beautiful state has to offer. In my free time, you’ll find me skiing, mountain biking, hiking, fostering animals, and eating delicious foods (no surprise there!). I’m a total foodie who loves experimenting with recipes and diving deep into all things health and nutrition.
