Sumedha Mullick, RD

Sumedha developed a passion for dietetics at a young age, inspired by her father's interest in food columns and her mother's experimentation with Western cooking techniques. Her grandmother's knowledge of the healing properties of herbs also had a profound impact, motivating her to establish a herb garden in her backyard. Over time, the garden has grown to include a variety of microgreens and herbs, which she incorporates into her recipes. 

This early interest led her to pursue a Bachelor's degree and Postgraduate Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics. Her curiosity and dedication to her field drove her further her education with a Master's degree in Nutritional Science from San Jose State University in San Jose, CA. After obtaining her RD certification, she gained experience working in various settings, including acute care, long term care and dialysis.
