Background

I am excited to walk with you on your health journey! I want to give you the tools to make lifelong changes. I am here to understand your needs and work with you to meet your goals. I understand the importance of having a well-balanced approach to eating, along with the emotional and mental components of our relationships with food.

I'm a busy Mom with four children, ages 22-17 and I have made thousands of breakfasts, lunches, and dinners over the years! I'm excited to share tips and suggestions for recipes, cooking, and healthy eating for families. I'm also a breast cancer survivor for over 8 years following chemotherapy, radiation and surgery and currently on maintenance treatment and in remission. I'd love to provide insight and personal experience surrounding oncology and healthy life choices.

I'm lived my life in beautiful Colorado and love being outside, walking, and enjoying all that this life has to offer. I'm also a Disney fan and celebrate all things Disney!

I have a PhD in Nutritional Sciences from Colorado State University (CSU), Fort Collins, Colorado and a MS in Human Nutrition and Food Sciences, with a BA in Biology from Colorado College. I received my RDN in 2000 and have been a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for over 26 years. I love my career!
