Background
With over 25+ years of experience in clinical nutrition, I have worked extensively teaching future dietitians how to care for patients. I have a PhD in Nutrition from UC Davis with a minor in Endocrinology, and I am also a Registered Dietitian. I completed my dietetic internship through Capital Manor's program in Oregon. I also have a certification in Adult Weight Management from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and have published both a book on human nutrition and several research articles in the field of nutrition. I take an all-foods fit approach to nourishing the body. Taking the time to truly understand the 'why' behind a health issue or behavior matters. I offer realistic solutions like customized meal planning, diet modifications, and nutrition education that fit within a lifestyle. Nutrition is my passion, and helping others fuels me.
