Hi, I'm Sweta, a registered dietitian with a passion for helping individuals create sustainable, healthy lifestyles using a small-step approach. I believe that achieving a healthy lifestyle is much like crafting a delicious pizza, where each slice represents an important aspect of health. Nutrition, in particular, makes up at least 50% of that pizza, and I believe that focusing on small, consistent changes can create lasting results. However, the key is that this is YOUR pizza—designed with your unique preferences, challenges, and goals in mind.

During my schooling in homeopathy medicine, I learned the significance of detailed history-taking and active listening—skills that set the foundation for my approach to patient care. Over the past decade, I’ve honed these skills, combining them with my extensive knowledge of nutrition to develop an individualized and compassionate approach to helping my clients. Every person has a different story, and my goal is to create tailored strategies that empower them to achieve their personal health goals.

I also have a personal understanding of the power of nutrition. During my pregnancies, I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes, and through careful dietary management, I was able to maintain my health and successfully navigate this challenging time. This experience reinforced my deep belief in the power of education. When individuals understand how their body works, especially in relation to specific conditions or diagnoses, they can make more informed decisions and achieve better outcomes. My mission is to provide my clients with the knowledge they need to feel confident in their health journey, whether through lifestyle modifications or medical nutrition therapy.

Outside of my practice, I love to travel and explore new places with my family and friends. I enjoy cooking, baking, and experimenting with new foods, and spending quality time with my kids and loved ones. My family shares a love for hiking and adventure, and we are always seeking new ways to explore the world together.
