Although I am a newer dietitian, I have had the privilege of working at one of the most world renown hospital franchises, Mass General Brigham's Faulkner Hospital since obtaining licensure and am trusted by many world class medical professionals. I obtained my Bachelors of Science in Dietetics from the University of Kentucky's Coordinated Program in 2023, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Outside of the hospital, I teach spin at a large fitness chain throughout Boston and volunteer for the Massachusetts Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as a vendor committee member for the upcoming Annual Nutrition conference. As a practitioner, I am passionate about breaking free from the restrictive and harmful ideals of diet culture. I reject the “one-size-fits-all” mindset and instead foster a non-judgmental, weight-inclusive environment. This anti-diet approach emphasizes intuitive eating, healthy habits, and a balanced lifestyle that encourages sustainable changes. By prioritizing emotional well-being and self-compassion, I empower my clients to make choices that are good for both their body and mind. I understand that nutrition care can be overwhelming, so I keep things lighthearted and approachable. I aim to build rapport with my clients by listening to their needs, concerns, and goals, and I make the process feel less like a challenge and more like a partnership. I take pride in being both empathetic and practical, offering solutions that make sense for the individual, and helping them stay motivated and positive about their journey. Ultimately, my goal is to support clients in finding their own version of health and well-being, free from rigid rules or guilt, with an approach that is as dynamic and multifaceted as they are.
