Tammy Russell, RD

I completed my undergraduate and graduate training at Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey and completed my internship at the University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor. I have a long history of various careers in history including teaching, being a clinical educator at several integrative medicine testing labs and helping those with gut health and autoimmune issues in my private practice. I provide ample resources and in-depth knowledge of functional-medicine based training to address the true nature of what is fueling a client's symptoms. As anxiety frequently accompanies these types of problems, I teach mind-body techniques to help calm the nervous system and lower levels of stress. I have a very compassionate and empathetic approach to those that I work with.
