Hi! thank you for visiting my profile page. I have a long history of helping people with autoimmune/gut health issues, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, menopause/perimenopause, PCOS and obesity. I have several years of training in integrative and functional medicine plus, I am also an intuitive energy healer/Reiki Master. Having an energetic peek into illness can be a game changer! I did my bachelor's and master's degree at Rutgers University and my dietetic internship at the University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor, MI. I also spend years teaching plant based nutrition classes for a local not-for-profit but I believe in personalizing protocols based on a person's current status/metabolism. It's important to me to greet every client with compassion and empathy.
